Platinum Charmer can land this opener at the expense of Hilltime and Regency Red. The selection was in top form most of last season winning many handicaps in a short space of time. The handicapper then took note and life became difficult for him but he has been a model of consistency of late in similar races and it is only a matter of time before Platimun Charmer gets his head in front. Hilltime won over jumps at Market Rasen in June and has run well enough on the level to warrant respect so he is worth noting in the market as is Regency Red who has not won since winning on the all weather back in January but has finished an eye catching second on each of his two runs since his reappearance so is one to note. But for the winner we return to Platinum Charmer.
