TAP NIGHT is proving a real money-spinner and had no trouble justifying short odds on his chasing bow at Ayr. He's already won twice over this distance over hurdles and can improve his strike-rate further by landing this ahead of the hat-trick-seeking Desert Cry, who isn't certain to stay this trip, and Viva Colonia. Brian Ellison's gelding had his course and distance victory franked when the runner-up won at Towcester earlier this week however. Attaglance would have been a threat to all had this been over hurdles but last year's Cheltenham and Aintree winner has disappointed over fences so far.
