Verdict

VE Day placed twice on the Flat when trained by Andrew Balding and new connections should find a race or two for him over timber. Morandi Second has found only one too good at Market Rasen and Doncaster but Apologise has yet to threaten. ELOGIO was second at Huntingdon in January and improved on that when filling the same place at Wetherby so looks the one to be on.
