        In depth

        Verdict

        Tobaco won over 6f and a mile here early last year and didn't reappear until last month where he started favourite. He's tackling a much longer trip but the consistent Enery has no problems with the distance and hasn't been beaten far in his two latest starts here. Aslan was conceding 4lb when beaten narrowly by stable companion FRASERBURGH over slightly shorter two weeks ago where he just failed to hold on after making the running. There's little between the pair again though the winner finished strongly and may have the edge again. Skygazer and Darkening were well behind though the latter didn't run up to his best while Miniaturist was well beaten on his only start on the track and has yet to race over the trip.
