Panoshoshic has been placed once in 16 starts and has to concede 13lb to the younger fillies, as does MAJHOOLA. The latter has much the stronger form having raced in better company and beaten a short-head at Jebel Ali. Raneen was placed twice for Richard Fahey though well beaten in both while Shalfa, runner-up at Chelmsford for George Scott, never showed on her debut here on New Year's Day though that was a much better race than this. Vieux Carre, four-times placed for David O'Meara, finished second in Sweden in November.
