Jamhoori has been running consistently well over 7f and a mile and has won over further than this in the past so has to be considered in a wide-open affair. Amaan is another in good form and certainly deserved his recent victory at Abu Dhabi and his 3lb rise is more than wiped out by Noel Garbutt's claim. Blue Tiger's Eye never got involved on his latest start here but ran on late and wasn't fat behind his stablemate DUCAB at the finish. The winner then got a strange ride from Mikael Barzalona a couple of weeks later when held up too far at the back. With more forceful tactics he can return to winning ways. Fawzi Nass does well with his runners here and the booking of Richard Hughes for Navan winner Tonabrocky catches the eye.
