Libyan Classic was beaten a short-head over track and trip last month and his latest run at Sharjah is best ignored. Scots Pine has done much better since dropping back to this trip while Al Hadeer, who generally runs at Jebel Ali, was a close fourth on his only start over this course and distance last month. Energetic made a promising debut here early last month and produced a better effort at Jebel Ali so should go well but MAGIC PETITION finished in front of him in that earlier race and had little chance in a Carnival race last week.
