        Verdict

        Dubai Iconic showed plenty of pace when scoring over 7f here last month and the drop in trip may not be too much of an inconvenience. Today's 6f could prove a bigger problem for Kaiss, who arrives in the back of a win over a mile at Jebel Ali and another recent winner at the same track, MUARRAB, makes more appeal. A winner at Newbury for Ed Dunlop last year, he was having only his second start for a new trainer when scoring with plenty on hand over 6f last week and can defy a 7lb rise. Sand Stamp is a course and distance winner but looks in the handicapper's grip at present as does Murbeh.
