Verdict
Mutaraffa finished runner-up in this a year ago with Ekhtiyaar a close fourth but the latter will be a massive 17lb better off. His stable companion Motafaawit is comfortably top-rated courtesy of a narrow defeat in a Group 3 over 6f in March where he was staying on strongly though that could be his trip. He had Royal Crusade and MAN OF PROMISE behind that day though the latter had made a very impressive reappearance the previous month so obviously goes well fresh. Waady, runner-up to Equilateral in this in 2020, beat that rival in a Group 2 the following month though wasn't quite at his best last season while Roulston Scar will need to improve again from his UK hat-trick. Wild Majesty has shown very good speed in France.
