Lytham St Annes, a winner at Epsom for David Simcock, showed a bit of form here last season and may do better this campaign. Midlander managed to win six times on Turf for Mark Johnston and though showing little here he has raced in stronger company. He had Mukhmal a couple of lengths behind in a strong Ascot handicap in 2015 but the latter is 9lb better off though hasn't run since that year. Rocket Power won in a lower grade at Jebel Ali in March but AJRAAM (NAP) won this on his return to action a year ago, when Mutahaddith was a couple of lengths away in fourth, and is only 1lb higher so gets the vote under Jim Crowley. Majestic Mount showed little in three starts earlier this year though takes a drop in class.
