        Verdict

        Imvula won three times in Australia but last month's placed effort behind Clasp here was his first in Dubai though he's raced in better company. Star Surprise finished behind that day and isn't very consistent though he's due a good run and Frankie is in the saddle. PRIME SPIRIT landed a Fibresand conditions race at Deauville in October and made a very bright start here behind the in-form Canwinn. He's on the same mark and looks ready to strike again. Graymalkin, who finished just ahead of him in that latter event, had more experience of the track and has been beaten a couple of times subsequently. Landowner hasn't proved himself on the surface but Sailorman was in good form here and at Jebel Ali at this time last year.
