Those who witnessed the UAE debut of the former USA-based KIMBEAR a fortnight ago won't want to miss him here. Runner-up at Grade 3 level at Santa Anita, he cruised round for an emphatic victory and will be very tough to beat. Wild Dude was beaten a long way into fifth and though 8lb better off looks unlikely to trouble the winner, whose stable companion Stunned won over 7f here a year ago when just holding off today's rival Ross. He is better over that trip but the runner-up ran a brilliant race when just failing to catch Second Summer in the Godolphin Mile and that's his target this campaign. Boynton, the 2016 Superlative Stakes winner, has been lightly-raced and hasn't won subsequently due to injury but has a fine pedigree for this surface.
