Another race featuring in and out performers and the vote goes here to Richie's Delight. His supporters must have had the faith of saints to stick with him for so long but after getting his head infront after three-and-a-half barren years - he could be capable of repeating the dose in better company. Aston Mara is the obvious danger. Another quirky character - he is a difficult ride but Tony Dobbin seems to know how to ride him and if he consents to submit to the jockey, he is not without a squeak. York Rite seems to visit the races more times than the bookmakers. He is invariably well fancied but his last few efforts have been disappointing. Breathtaking View beat Erins Lass here in July. The previous race will serve as a demonstration of the validity of that form. Comete Du Lac came to Micky Hammond with a lofty reputation and has shown nothing of note. Richie's Delight is selected in the hope that lightening can strike twice.
