      Verdict

Prince Of Denial won over C&D last month before finding the company too hot at Newbury, while Fairynuff lost nothing in defeat when second to Gordonsville at Musselburgh and is another recent C&D winner. Yahrab improved to win at Huntingdon last time having been beaten in a claimer over C&D earlier but has more on his plate today and novice Silicium may need more time. Dontpaytheferryman will love the ground but didn't appear to get home over 2m4f at Aintree last time so we'll give the vote to ANDHAAR. The handicapper looks to have taken a real chance today with Steve Gollings' gelding, who has dropped a further 5lb despite showing a bit more at Wetherby last time and will enjoy the longer trip here.
