Verdict

Alazwar was well supported to make a successful debut over 1m5f at Huntingdon but was beaten when long odds-on for a return visit and couldn't handle Listed company at Cheltenham. FLEURMAN, twice a winner on ground with some give on the Flat in the summer, came up against a couple of useful rivals at Wetherby and though likely to be suited by further in time should be good enough to get off the mark here. Lion Face ended his first campaign of the Flat with a victory over two miles at Kempton in October so he won't fail through lack of stamina. Krypton Gold hasn't improved since his debut at Leicester in November but Glen Again has won twice on the Flat and has a rating of 83.
