Paul Nicholls had to wait until the Grand National before he could comfortably retain the crown of Champion Trainer and he'll be hoping that THAT'LL DO can secure him one of the biggest prizes of the current season. The seven-year-old has been campaigned diligently to this point, and though the handicapper has been a little naughty in raising him 3lb in defeat at Stratford; it's likely that he has enough ability to go on to better things in the future. Spock will also represent the Ditcheat maestro. He defied a sizeable absence to score on reappearance at Worcester although it should be noted that five of the fences were omitted from that particular test. The lightly weighted Eastlake has won two novice events since switching from hurdling but he was no mug over hurdles, achieving a rating in the high 120's in the past. Qulinton won this race last year and is actually 4lb lower in the weights on this occasion. Peter Bowen has plundered plenty of these prizes in the past and Al Co looks to be a major threat. The seven-year-old is on a three-timer and has shown that all going comes alike to him with victories at Fakenham and Ffos Las.
