The market will tell us plenty but in the absence of it, SPARE ME is our pick with Rawaabet and Sun King the most plausible alternatives. Sue Smith has two in the race and it must have been a tough job for Tjade Collier to decide which of the two to be on. Spare Me, though returning from a modest run last time, appears the correct choice. Proven on the surface, and dropping to this level for the first time, he ticks all the right boxes. Rawaabet won his first race for George Baker last time out and is proven in plating class. Sun King has to be respected. A winner of his last two starts, it remains to be seen how fit he is first time back. Similar comments apply to Imtihan, who has tended to need his first run back in the past. Supsonic was running in Graded contests in the past so its worrying that connections have massively lowered their sights. Coconut Beach has won in plating grade in the past though this opposition looks a fair deal tougher on paper. Spare Me is the call.
