Verdict

Midnight Monty has changed stables since last seen finishing second at Worcester in July and is best watched. ISKABEG LANE won over course and distance last month and was a close third off his new mark here on Boxing Day. He’s on an upward curve but still gets 4lb from Huntingdon runner-up Kincora Fort. Dartford Warbler is a stable companion of the selection though is hard to win with but Harry Hunt found 3m2f too far at Sedgefield after winning at Ayr and can’t be ignored.
