    Verdict

The Role Model only placed once in four starts in Ireland but Richard Newland will get the best out of him. Kracka Nut won a Catterick bumper last season then pulled much too hard at Stratford. He has a smart jumping pedigree as has ONTHEROUGE and it's the latter, who won a Sedgefield bumper by 17 lengths before second in a valuable Kelso event, who looks the one to beat. Wonderweasle's dam has produced winning hurdlers with her first three offspring so she's one to keep an eye on.
