Verdict
HASSLE, who started favourite for a Listed handicap here last month, can get back on the winning trail at the chief expense of Birch Hill as the step up in trip should suit – he stayed 2m on the Flat. Sophie Leech's recent acquisition opened his account at the track last month but may not have the pace to cope with his market rival off level terms. The others have a mountain to climb, though Gran Paradiso should improve on his debut fourth at Perth.
