The soft ground may have spoilt the chances of Fazayte but BELLE NA BANN seems more versatile as regards the going. The latter has been thereabouts at Catterick since joining Micky Hammond at the end of last year and is only 2lb higher than when last successful. George Mallory is upped in trip still looking for a first win over hurdles after finishing second at Southwell but Money For Jam looks no nearer breaking his duck.
