      Verdict

      Previous track and trip winner Chestnut Ben still pops up now and again, as he did at Sedgefield two runs ago, and is still well treated on past form. Bajardo is a long-standing maiden but was second over course and distance in November on just his second start over fences. Lake Chapala has won over the larger obstacles at Musselburgh and Hereford this season, though ran poorly in a seller over hurdles last time. CRAFTY ROBERTO is 0-14 over fences but won off a 2lb higher mark over hurdles here in December and this might not take much winning.
