Sirius Star is one of several course winners in the line-up but may need this. Mahlerdramatic is another and races off the same mark as when second here in March. ELKSTONE is 0-13 over fences but has been placed on seven occasions and wasn’t beaten far here at the end of last year. He’s had another short break since his fourth at Southwell in February but might be the one to beat, though Mr Jim is back on the same mark when scoring at Plumpton last year. Too Much Too Soon has switched to a leading yard but his record so far under Rules has left much to be desired.
