This is a competitive handicap chase and the leading lights look to be Civil Gent, The Vintage Dancer and Green Admiral with the vote given to Civil Gent. The selection goes really well at this track and he scored impressively here last time when beating Cross The Highman. He is stepped-up in trip which should not be a problem and with more improvement anticipated he gets the vote. The Vintage Dancer actually finished ahead of our selection last time but he does not have the same progressive profile as Civil Gent and for that reason we think the tables will be turned today. Green Admiral was well beaten at Sedgefield over hurdles last time so he will have to improve now that he goes over the bigger obstacles. Fibre Optics is from a top yard and is one to note in the market but for the winner we are happy to return to Civil Gent.
