Mr Mafia isn’t getting any younger and it’s doubtful he still has the ability to win off this elevated mark. Jerrysback continues to disappoint and he was well behind ROYAL VILLAGE at Carlisle. The latter won off a 6lb higher mark here last year and was third in this race earlier. He was still travelling when coming to grief at Fakenham last time and should be competitive today with a clear round. Via Dolorosa is back in the right grade and the hat-trick seeking Broken Quest is much respected as he is best going right-handed. Railway Muice has won twice here since joining Sarah Humphrey though is upped in grade today. Royal Pretender can race off his hurdles mark on his chasing debut so can’t be ignored.
