Verdict

WARDEN HILL has had plenty of success in his time including landing a novice chase over the course and distance. He arrives off the back of an all-the-way victory at Ampton and may be good enough to follow up. Sir Jack Yeats had a decent record under Rules in Ireland but was beaten a long way in a similar race to this at Hereford and may need another run. Toby Lerone, another with plenty of success over regulation fences, pulled up in that latter race and will need to do much better. Cousin Pete won an Open at Larkhill in very good style and scored at Cheltenham on his only start over regulation fences while Real Milan ran well in a similar race to this at Ludlow last month. Farmer Matt won between the flags at Dingley in May and will have needed last month's comeback.
