Cupachai is best watched here after a modest debut under Rules at Southwell. Golden Thread disappointed at Southwell after finishing second on debut at Uttoxeter while ex-pointer Mahlerdramatic could only finish fourth when favourite on his bumper debut. ALF 'N' DOR is a half-brother to a winning hurdler and was well backed here in May. He only finished fifth but was beaten less than four lengths by the winner and wouldn't need to improve much to take this.
