    Verdict

The two with clearly the best form - Toubeera and D'Gigi - have similar profiles. Both started life in bumper company in impressive fashion before finding life much tougher when elevated into more demanding company. The vote goes to D'GIGI as he has already operated effectively on good ground, travelled well round a sharp track and his last effort was simply too bad to be true. He also receives a valuable 7lb from Toubeera, whose Kelso victory still sees him emerge as the prime threat. The market should provide the best guide for the newcomers, of whom Skenakilla Cross and Awesome Bella make most appeal on paper.
