Amicelli gets the vote here, with Common Girl, Millenaire, Toni Alcala and Nightwatchman rating best of the others. For us, Amicelli holds the best form here and looks the one to beat, even under his double penalty. He looked a progressive type when beating Romany Prince last time and, with the trip holding no fears, looks sure to go well. Common Girl is also a dual winner, those wins having come at Fakenham, but was a little disappointing in handicap company last time at Wetherby. However, she cannot be ruled out of a place. Millenaire looked promising when running behind Marcel at Newbury last November but has had his troubles since. However, up in trip today, it will be interesting to see how he goes. Of the others, Toni Alcala's second to Thedublinpublican last time affords him some respect, while Nightwatchman stays well and put up a reasonable effort at Stratford last month, and he wears a first-time tongue tie today. He is respected but, for the winner, we return to Amicelli.
