Verdict

It's Oscar bolted up over this trip at Southwell in July but reappears off a 13lb higher mark. Boher Lad was even more impressive when getting off the mark over course a distance last week and should make a bold bid to follow up under a penalty but it's about time THAT'S GONNA STING was getting his head in front and maybe this step up in trip will prove the answer as he was staying on over 2m6f here last time. Bodekin Point remains open to further improvement while Fontwell runner-up Guiting Power is preferred to the exposed L Frank Baum of the others.
