      Verdict

      Penalties are notoriously difficult to overcome in bumpers but COURT MINSTREL very nearly managed it here at the start of the month having won over C&D in November and could well outclass these. Buyers Premium was a long way behind the selection last time and looks held while General Ross has been well beaten in both starts. Debutant Enfant Terrible is a half-brother to a bumper winner but the others have to improve markedly on their first run to figure.
