Princess Of Aeneas is taken to land the opener at the expense of Spanish Story and Bathwick Rox. The selection has improved with each run and ran a personal best when second at Taunton behind Park Lane Princess. He was only touched off by three lengths that day and if showing further improvement he is the one they all have to beat. Spanish Story ran well enough on his hurdling debut finishing fourth of six. Although beaten a fair way he is open to improvement so is worth noting in the market. Bathwick Rox showed form last time out at Chepstow. His flat form was moderate but he looks certain to open his account over hurdles sooner or later so is worth noting. But for the winner we return to Princess Of Aeneas.
