Bottman kept on well when second to Bold Addition in a much better race over 2m5f at Cheltenham eight days ago. He is still heading in the right direction but his stamina will have to be taken on trust over this longer trip. There are no stamina doubts surrounding BUCK MULLIGAN, however, as he's already won over 3m2f over fences and has proved himself just as capable over timber this season. Turtlethomas won easily on his hurdling debut at Plumpton and can progress further but, being by Turtle Island, could find this quicker ground against him.
