No Duffer and BEEVES are both interesting making their debuts in this sphere. Neither are getting any younger but both were running reasonably well in handicaps last season and the latter had a spin around Kelso last month to blow away any cobwebs. Mikey Legg’s mount gets the nod but Marinero would be a danger on his victory at Ascot last March under David Maxwell. Road To Rome and Will Biddick could also be a winning combination but Little Jon is a risky proposition nowadays. All of Crazy Jack’s best form is over shorter trips than this.
