In depth

Verdict

A three-times winner on the Flat, SHUHOOD (NAP) was second in a Class 2 handicap over 1m4f at Yarmouth last month. If Ian Williams’ jumping newcomer transfers that ability to hurdles, who could be the type to run up a sequence. Carouse won twice on Polytrack but has never raced beyond a mile so stamina could be an issue – he is also making his debut for a new stable. Admiral Spice was 0-13 on the level but his new yard has found some form in recent weeks. Captain Kissinger looks the pick of the remainder.
