Verdict

A dual winner in France, Gardefort has yet to complete for Venetia Williams. Great Value is upped 7lb for scoring at Southwell last time while Divine Intavention failed to complete at Cheltenham having won at Catterick before that. Newbury winner HIGHWAY CODE was also well beaten at Cheltenham but went close over 2m here three weeks ago. Back up in trip today, he gets the nod. Flaming Gorge has a second at Market Rasen to his credit in between some distinctly modest efforts while Cayman Islands finished closer in a novices event at Kelso last time.
