    Verdict

GLORIOUS TWELFTH won a Cheltenham bumper last April but jumped stickily on her hurdling debut at Newbury in November and didn't get the hang of things until too late. She put that experience to good use in a Huntingdon maiden last month and begins her handicap career on a fair mark. She's handed the vote despite taking on more experienced rivals including All Annalena, who has been performing with credit in better class events and has to be of interest having been dropped a few pounds in the weights. Mickie won a novices' event over the track and trip in December and though beaten a long way in a Grade 2 at Warwick subsequently was by no means disgraced. Silver Gypsy is a decent performer at this level though may be a few pounds high and Prima Porta may prove more of a threat as she was returning from a long break when an excellent runner-up to Miss Milborne at Wincanton in November.
