Winning bumper CAPTAIN KANGAROO has been very disappointing over timber having been a short-priced beaten favourite on several occasions. However, he would have finished much closer in a Galway Festival handicap last time but for sprawling on landing at the last and today's opposition looks beatable. Wall Of Fame won a Punchestown bumper in March having earlier been placed in a Thurles maiden hurdle. Both those runs were on heavy ground so some rain would probably help. Bout Time Bobby is gradually improving and might have won at Downpatrick with a better round of jumping while City Limits was progressing last summer and will be better for last month's run, his first for a year. Lanziano very nearly brought off the shock of the season when beaten a short-head in a 3m1f Kilbeggan maiden at 250/1.
