Verdict

DEVILS BRIDE looks to have the potential to go a long way over fences though this is by far his toughest test under a double penalty. He jumped very well for a novice at Limerick last time and is taken to complete his hat-trick despite conceding weight all round. Bally Longford had no answer to Indevan at Killarney but a line through third-placed Authinger, who had finished runner-up to the selection at Limerick, puts him right there with a shout under these terms. Silver Tassie has to be a threat to all after a spectacular start to his chasing career at Kilbeggan where he jumped very well and put daylight between himself and his rivals at the finish. Hurricane Ridge beat Sizing Solution comfortably enough at Killarney but the runner-up did nothing for the form here on Sunday. However, Shake The Bucket isn't out of this after a fair effort behind the exciting Alelchi Inois over a trip too short in a Grade 3 at Galway.
