Verdict

Willie Mullins won this with Long Dog a year ago and SCREAMING ROSE (NAP) should follow suit. A dual winning bumper, she made great strides from her hurdling debut to easily beat her odds-on stable companion Bel Sas at Killarney and looks a fine prospect. The very progressive Carrig Cathal has to concede her 7lb which may prove beyond him on this ground but Oathkeeper looks a threat as though he was beaten when favourite at Galway that was over the minimum trip and his earlier victories had been over this distance. Leap Dearg is a smart staying chaser but is unlikely to have the pace for this and the remaining pair have a bit to find.
