Verdict

Nina Carberry rides former pointer Le Martalin on his debut under Rules and that's always a plus in races like this. Bobo Mac showed progressive form last season but is largely exposed and we'd rather take a chance on newcomer FONDER BROOK. Joseph O'Brien's Westerner gelding is a full brother to three-times Flat winner General Brook so may have more pace than the majority of his jumps-bred rivals.
