BEST ONE is given the chance to atone for a slightly disappointing run and is suggested ahead of Grand Palace and Colombard. The selection represents a yard that has enjoyed a decent run of form but he failed to last home having shown up for a long way at Southwell last time. However, the surface was riding slow to standard on that occasion and was probably too testing so he's worth another chance. Colombard has been knocking on the door and may just need a change of luck to get his head in front for a second time whilst Grand Palace ran a fine race over six furlongs just over a fortnight ago when Radiator Rooney was back in third. They may be the principal players on this stage with Best One taken to enjoy the limelight.
