Esclarmonde can land the prize in the finale with Intersky Charm and The Carlton Cannes respected. Luca Cumani's filly is a model of consistency and after knocking on the door for a while, she can gain a deserved success here. Intersky Charm should give her the most to think about as he has only had the two runs and he looks to be going the right way on the evidence of his most recent run at Ripon when he finished a fair fifth behind Northern Jem. The Carlton Cannes showed he has ability on his two runs last season and if he has trained on then he will be of interest. The market may be a guide with regards to his chance. Ready To Crown made a promising debut and he also has to be considered. A wide open finale can go the way of Esclarmonde.
