The top apprentice riders are in action here, the head Turner is on board Whippasnapper and this one gets our vote, Saleem Golam's mount Kensington looks the main danger, with Frank's Quest also expected to go close. Hayley has has a terrific season and she could have another victory here with John Best's five-year-old, who put in another solid display when chasing home the well treated Bollin Billy over the six furlong trip here last time. He was successful over this distance at Folkestone on his previous outing and can regain the winning thread this afternoon. Kensington bounced back to winning form at Ayr last time when beating La Vie Est Belle and should go close landing back to back victories. Frank's Quest looked to be on the way back last time when runner up to Band at Wolverhampton. That was over a much longer trip and he should be better suited by today's distance. All in all a tough start for punters, but it could pay to follow the Whippasnapper and the very capable Hayley Turner.
