A drop in trip and the blinkers back on should see an improved effort from MY SWEET GEORGIA and she gets the vote over Cognac Boy and Woolston Ferry. Simon Callaghan's Royal Applause filly was disappointing last time when easy to back in handicap company. That run stretched her stamina and she also ran without the headgear; all signs today point to a big run and if the market agrees then back her with confidence. Woolston Ferry is one of two course and distance winners in the line-up, and Mick Channon's gelding is the highest rated in the line-up. His recent run behind Five Star Junior reads well and having won in claiming company before, a big run should be expected despite his rating looking to flatter him somewhat. Cognac Boy improved for first-time blinkers at the track last time and he must be rated a danger if they have the same effect today. Art Fund represents a yard that commands plenty of respect when pitching horses in at this level, whilst Spinight is interesting dropped in class and stepped back up in trip. Quite a competitive claimer, and preference is for My Sweet Georgia.
