      Verdict

      Stake Acclaim found one too good again at Salisbury last week while FAUSTUS (NAP) has also placed on his last couple of outings. But the latter’s recent third came in a much tougher sprint than this at Newmarket and he can go close with William Buick taking over the reins. Ehrmann is another dropping down in class while Lethal Blast’s earlier hat-trick here including a victory on the Turf, though he remains 9lb higher. The remainder are harder to recommend with Red Alert perhaps best of them.
