Verdict

Winning point-to-pointer Silent Steps has never won in a dozen starts under Rules and recent form figures flatter her. Hint Of Grey is only moderate but has managed to win six times split between hurdles and the Flat and wasn't disgraced on her chasing debut in a better race than this at Kempton. Mrsrobin completed a double on good ground in early summer but has been well beaten in two subsequent starts and has changed hands several times while Miss Yeats was beaten a long way on her chasing bow and failed to win in nine starts over timber. TOP AND DROP ran poorly on her final start at Plumpton in March but her form around this time a year ago when twice runner-up would probably be good enough so she gets the nod.
