        Verdict

Leathal, Lucayos and Garstang are three against the field in this competitive handicap and the narrow vote is given to Leathal. The selection won well last time out when beating Morse and although having a penalty for that win he looks a progressive type and he is taken to defy the handicapper. Lucayos rates the main danger on his latest second behind Woodnook but he is creeping up the weights and is taken on with this in mind. Garstang is another that could go well on his latest second behind Cornus but consistency is not his strong point so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Of the remainder Hammer Of The Gods is well in on his best form but is hard to win with while Figaro Flyer is from a yard in form and could go well art a price but for the winner we return to Leathal.
