A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Piccolo Diamante, Faithful Ruler and Park Valley Prince and the vote is given to Piccolo Diamante. The selection has been in good form of late and was unlucky in running when fifth behind Jools last time out. As a consequence he remains on a fair mark and from a good draw he is taken to regain the winning thread. Faithful Ruler rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating The Jailer. Granted he has a penalty for that win, but he won with a little in hand and he could still be ahead of the handicapper so he should be watched in the market. Park Valley Prince has shown ability in the past and was a fair third behind Millfield last time out so he could go well at a price. Inquisitress is game and consistent in this type of race and is another with place claims but she looks weighted up to her best. Of the remainder King After has the ability to go close but he is hard to predict and with this in mind for the winner we return to Piccolo Diamante who has plenty of ticks in the right boxes.
