      Verdict

      PEGGOTY was only beaten a head at Bath with Regal Rhapsody back in third and Bella's Pearl well beaten. She failed to get a clear run on that occasion and has obvious claims of going one better. Amalfi Gem finished closer when fourth at Bath but Mehmentum ran poorly at Beverley last time. William Buick’s presence on Darryll Holland's newcomer Suanni takes the eye.
